The Path to Freedom Facilitator Training
A practical, hands-on training designed to equip you to confidently facilitate The Path to Freedom 4-week program in your own sober living home, recovery group, or ministry.
In this training you will learn how to:
- Create a safe and effective group environment
- Guide participants through the DISC assessment and 5 Basic Motivators
- Facilitate the Forgiveness Release, 5-Minute Prayer Tool, and Gratitude Shift
- Handle sensitive moments with care and wisdom
You'll leave ready to lead The Path to Freedom program with confidence.
Best for: House leaders, peer counselors, recovery coaches, and ministry leaders who want to run The Path to Freedom in their own setting.
Format: 1-day intensive (virtual or in-person options available)

An advanced leadership development experience for those who want to go deeper with this work.
This intensive moves beyond facilitation and focuses on using the tools of The Path to Freedom at a leadership level — developing people, strengthening team culture, building healthier systems, and leading with clarity and creative fire. This experience is designed for experienced leaders and directors who want to multiply the impact of this work in their organizations.
Note: This is an application-based intensive. After booking, you will receive a short application to complete.
